Mindfulness Northwest offer mindfulness instruction, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses and retreats, and professional development. They currently offer classes and workshops to the Bellingham and Seattle communities, the University of Washington, Western Washington University, King County employees, Peace Health Bellingham, Snohomish School District, and at other sites throughout the region.

The Living Room is dedicated to relational, evidence-based, multiculturally sensitive and anti-oppression healing. Offerings include psychotherapy, supervision, consultation, and workshops that are committed to social justice and incorporate a strong, intersectional understanding of systems of oppression.
The Northwest Center for Mindful Living offers classes, workshops, and professional training in mindfulness based practices. Carol Jakus, MSW, LICSW, provides Mindfulness Based Psychotherapy, clinical supervision and organization consultation.
The Community of Mindful Parenting aspires to empower parents to become more effective, mindful and compassionate. It is comprised of expectant moms, parents, grandparents, extended families and friends with the goal to nurture powerful relationships between parents and their children.
The Center for Child and Family Well-being promotes the positive development and well-being of children and families by sharing knowledge through education, professional training and outreach to the community. See the CMP Events page to register for upcoming events.
Mindful Living with Cancer Retreats are designed to help you to navigate the emotional, psychological, and spiritual dimensions of the journey with cancer with more ease, courage and acceptance.
The Seattle Mindfulness Center shares their space with Deep Roots Healing Arts, a collective of alternative care practitioners providing care from a variety of modalities and healing traditions.
